Executive portraits are necessary images to encourage business. I like to talk to the person to find out the purpose of the photo and what type of image they are looking for. I find that if I can engage a person in conversation and get them to relax the smiles come naturally. I go outside the box when it comes to executive portraits. For example I did a real estate broker, on the beach and had him fly a kite with his daughter, and it gave the image a warm welcoming look.
